From Manchester, south on 7A to 176 Rt 7A. There are restrooms available. Full concession. Swimming, golfing, tennis, basketball, and much more. Parking and access to the park is all free.
CAMBRIDGE -
From
Manchester;
Head south on 7A.Take a right onto Rte. 313 West in Arlington
Follow this for 15 or so miles to Cambridge, NY
Take a right onto E. Main St. (look for a big green sign also announcing mileage to Greenwich).
Take the 1st right, which is Division St. (If you hit Rite Aid you've gone too far) and you'll see the ball fields there on the left.
From Dorset:
Get onto Rte 30 North into Rupert
Take a left onto 315 West (also Rupert Mtn. Rd). to Salem NY
At the stop light, take a left onto Rte. 22 South to Cambridge
Once in Cambridge, at the 4 way intersection with Rite Aid, take that left at the lights onto East Main St.. Take your first left onto Division St.
Plan on it taking 45-50 minutes no matter which route you take.
CLARENDON - CHIPPENHOOK
Route 7 North through Wallingford. The road turns into a double highway. Go approximately 2.5 miles on the double highway. You will take a LEFT ONTO MIDDLE ROAD (as a marker, there will be a sign that route 7B will be a right turn at the same location). Go 0.6 miles and take a LEFT ONTO WALKER MOUNTAIN ROAD. Go about 2.3 miles up the mountain. The field will be on your right just as the road splits on the corner of Quarterline Road.
DANBY - CURRIER MEMORIAL SCHOOL
Go North on Rte 7 into Mt Tabor. Turn west on Mt Tabor Ave from route 7, then right on Main street. Baseball field is on the right.
NORTH BENNINGTON - LIONS PARK
Take Rt. 7A South to Shaftsbury. Turn Right onto Rt. 67 West (Just past
Paulin's Gas Station). Follow Rt. 67 to Four-way stop sign. Turn Left at
stop sign. Continue over railroad tracks. Turn left onto Depot St.
(Railroad Station). Lions Field is at end of street.
SHAFTSBURY - HOWARD PARK
Take Rt. 7A South to Shaftsbury Center. Turn Left onto Buck Hill Rd./East
St. Continue uphill past Elementary School. Howard Park is at top of the
hill on left.
WALLINGFORD -
North on Route 7 into Wallingford. Turn left at the stoplight in the middle of Wallingford (Route 140 West). Follow route 140 approximately 200 yards. Take a left onto Meadow Street just before the truss bridge. Field is on your right.
